Europamundo Convention 2025: Poland, Here We Come!

Every year, Europamundo celebrates its great international gathering: the Europamundo Annual Convention, an event that brings together representatives from dozens of countries and projects, all united by the desire to keep building the tourism of the future.

In 2025, the setting couldn’t be more inspiring: Poland. Its capital, Warsaw, will be the main host city for this edition, which promises to be the perfect combination of work, culture, and discovery.

Poland: Living history and cities that captivate

Poland is one of those destinations that surprises you at every step. Among its cobblestone streets, centuries of history intertwine with reborn architecture and a modern energy that has made it one of the most fascinating countries in Central Europe.

Warsaw, the host of this year’s convention, is a true symbol of resilience. Destroyed during World War II, the city was rebuilt with such meticulous care that today its Old Town is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

From October 31 to November 2, Europamundo’s teams and partners will gather there to share experiences, results, and ideas that will continue driving innovation in organized travel.

What Is the Europamundo Convention?

If you’re not one of our regular travelers, you might be wondering: “What exactly happens at a Europamundo Convention?”

It’s the major annual gathering where operators, guides, and teams from around the world come together to review the year’s results, share best practices, and learn firsthand about the company’s newest developments.

But it’s not all work — it’s also a time to connect, celebrate the diversity of our teams, and, of course, talk about travel.

This event perfectly reflects the spirit of Europamundo: people from different countries, cultures, and languages united by one shared passion — discovering the world.

The Post-Tour: Travel, Learn, and Enjoy

One of the most anticipated traditions after the convention is the Europamundo Post-Tour, an exclusive journey designed for event participants. Its purpose is simple: to experience firsthand the destinations we offer to our travelers.

During this trip, teams explore routes, hotels, and experiences in depth, learning every detail that helps improve each tour. But above all, it’s a time to connect, share stories, and enjoy the pleasure of traveling together.

The 2025 Post-Tour: From Warsaw to Berlin

This year’s post-convention journey will be a true European adventure. After saying goodbye to Warsaw, participants will travel through southern Poland, visiting:

Kielce and Krakow

Kielce, a medieval city surrounded by parks and baroque architecture, will be the first stop. Then comes Krakow, the cultural jewel of Poland and former royal capital, with its impressive Market Square and the iconic Wawel Castle.

Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, Wadowice, and Auschwitz

These destinations combine spirituality, history, and remembrance. In Auschwitz, travelers will visit the memorial that honors one of the most significant chapters in European history.

Katowice, Opole, and Wroclaw

The route continues westward through modern, vibrant cities. Wroclaw, also known as the “Polish Venice”, charms visitors with its more than 100 bridges, scenic canals, and over 300 gnomes hidden throughout the city.

Berlin: The Perfect Finale

The final stop will be Berlin, where participants will gather for a farewell dinner among friends and colleagues; a night to share memories, toast together, and close this unique experience.
